About JMA: JMA is a professional firm of solicitors based out of Hampshire, United Kingdom providing legal expertise in the areas of HR, Employment Law and Immigration. They have been in business since 2009 and have been successfully catering a large pool of reputable clients. JMA reached out to us to build a strong web presence for them that is not only confined to a static website but also should be positioned properly for the target audience, get good traffic and conversions.
The Challenge:
After having rounds of fruitful discussion with the stakeholders from JMA, following challenges were identified
- Identify the ideal platform to develop a dynamic UX/UI enabled website that is scalable, self-hosted and allows prospects and customers to easily engage with their content

The Analysis:
After carefully examining the client's needs, AFOM decided on the following:

The Solution:

- Conversation Rate Optimization Testing: Tests were run to increase the lead submission rate. After a visitor lands on the page, the next step is to briefly define the products and services that will meet their needs. This did the trick and the rate of lead submission had always been great since the launch of the website
